The next step is to go over your training plan as much as possible including researching the topics. It will be easier for you to digest new information when you have more information about the topic.

Coaches and supervisors will guide you throughout the process. Don’t worry because the first few days will be challenging but you will get the hang of it. It will be easier because coaches are knowledgeable and experienced which can help you adapt faster to the environment.

6.Be Put Into Placements and Interview With a Client

Placement is a stage where you will be allowed to apply with a client that fits your skills and qualities. It is also where all virtual assistants are placed during the hiring process of a client. If you are in the placement pool you should bear in mind that preparing for clients is a huge advantage by learning the set of skills and qualities to fit the job description. In the placement pool, you will experience a lot of interviews with clients. We have clients waiting to find their virtual assistants. The duration of when you’ll get hired would depend on your performance during client interviews.

Once you are hired by a client they will have a lot of new systems or procedures that are new to you. Here at Virtudesk all our employees will be guided and trained if there are new processes or procedures.
